DELIVERY

The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of the product, taking into account the volumetric weight. The postage cost does not increase when payment is made in advance.

The goods are delivered by Post of Slovenia, Slovenian Railways (SŽ Express), and GLS parcel service. Perfect Move store reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be waiting for you at the nearest post office or the couriers will call you to arrange a time when they can deliver the parcel to you. Delivery is made to the address you provided during registration or ordering.

We do our best to keep the stock in the online store updated. However, simultaneous purchases, technical issues, human error, or program synchronization errors may occur, and it is possible that the customer orders a product that is out of stock or no longer manufactured. In this case, we immediately inform the user about the situation and make every effort to meet their needs. We can offer them a different, similar product, quickly order the product from a supplier or manufacturer, or refund the customer if payment has already been made.
